The name "Irish Car Bomb" refers to the drink's Irish ingredients and the weapon often used by the Irish Republican Army back in the day. It is also rumored that real Irish pubs may refuse to make this drink.
3/4 pint of Guinness stout
1/2 shot of Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 shot of Jamerson Irish Whiskey
Add the Bailey's and Jamerson Irish Whiskey to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or mug 3/4 of the way fulland let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness, shout "Tiocfaidh 'ar la'" (our day will come) and chug. The key here is to drink it fast, or it may curdle.
