If you do not know what is meant by a "Beer Clean" please refer to this article.
To create your glasses or mugs as "Beer Ready" also known as "Beer Clean", you should use a three- sink for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing.
The First step is to empty the used mug into an open drain or container. Wash mugs in the first sink in warm water with an approved odorless, low-sudsing, non-fat cleaning compound. Your restaurant supply store will carry this. Use a nylon brush and thoroughly brushing all surfaces, including the bottom.

Rinse glasses in the second sink, using fresh water that flows continuously. Insert the bottom of the mug in the water first to prevent air pockets. take the mug out first (heel in heel out) to rinse completely. repeat these steps in the next sink containing sanitizer, using "heel in hell out" method. Finally, let the mugs dry upside down on a stainless wire rack or a deeply corrugated free-draining plastic surface for maximum air flow and complete, odor-free drying. If mugs will be chilled make sure they are completely dry first
